BRAND NEW

PART# 35241

Fits: most Harley Davidson models with 1" stem, custom applications such as bobber or chopper, & many other custom motorcycle frames, etc...
**(Be sure to check your bike or build to ensure fit!!)**

Specifics:
Notice our manufacturing of this replica v-twin springer front end comes complete and includes upper and lower brass zerk grease fittings, with chrome top tree clamp, chrome retaining nut, chrome top crown nut, a 3/4" front axle kit which includes: axle, (2) chrome acorn style end nuts, wheel spacers that can be cut to required length, & various washers/shims. (please note wheel spacers may not be the correct size for your bike or project)

This length is considered 22" which is measured from the center of axle to bottom of lower tree or 23" if you measure to the bearing. Some call it a 32" springer which is measuring overall length from the axle to the top of the springs. Its actually closer to 33".

We consider this length stock length but considered 2" over on vintage models or 2" under on modern fxst.
This works best on stock rigid and softail frames using either a 16" or 21" wheel.
On a frame with no rake like 30 degrees it will sit up a bit with a 21" wheel.
On a softail with 34 degree it sits well.
This is the front end size we use on most of our softails & bobbers that require a slightly longer front end.

Length: 22" (Center of axle to bottom of lower tree or 23" to where tree sits against the bearing)

Approximate total length: 32"-33"
Neck stem: 1"
Inside width of rockers: Approx. 8-1/4"
Axle diameter: 3/4" o.d.

*** TECH NOTE: Installation on some stock models like dyna, touring, sportster, etc may require frame and/or tank modification as well as replacement of other components.
***TECH NOTE: If using an aftermarket/custom frame with external neck cups you may have to lathe or trim the springer retaining nut down for proper fitment of top tree clamp and crown nut!
