Hardtail should be aligned for chain clearance prior to final welding.
This hardtail fits hardtail rigid frames.
The distance between the inside to inside of the axle plates is 9-5/16".
DIY hardtailing is easy to install as the alignment is accomplished in the mount design provided.
Welding should be performed by a skilled welding technician.

The width of the tail section should be exactly 9-1/8". Due to the welding process this may vary slightly & builder will need to modify accordingly.
3/4" axle slots is weld on top and bolt on bottom for alignment. Seat plate must be welded in place.
