33-5179 S&S 585G GRIND STANDARD GEAR DRIVE CAMS KIT HARLEY TWIN CAM 1999-2006

The S&S 585G grind cams are designed for 88 to 106 CID engines with compression ratios from 9.7:1 to 10.5:1 and 106 to 124 CID engines from 9:1 to 10:1 compression. This cam provides massive horsepower and torque increases starting at 3000 rpm and holds steady all the way to redline. Power range is 3500-6000 rpm for 88" - 103" engines and 2500-5500 rpm for larger engines. 1999-04 models will require hi-lift valve springs, 2005-06 models can use stock valve springs. For converting stock chain drive cam system to gear drive. Kit includes camshafts with inner gears, outer cam drive gear kit, installation kit, and instructions. S&S part # 33-5179.
