RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The world is not perfect, nor are all parts. Sometimes the item that you purchased is not going to fit or function like you thought it would. Shipping companies also commonly have competitions amongst each other on the maximum amount of damage they can do to a product. We get it, stuff happens, and we are here to make the process of returning, or exchanging, your parts as painless as possible!
If you want to send your item back because you changed your mind, or it just does not fit the bike like you thought it would, you have 30 days after the date of purchase to send it back for a FULL refund. All returned items must be new, with the original packaging. If an item is damaged, installed, without original packaging, or otherwise not able to be resold as new, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. If the item is unable to be resold whatsoever, or extensively damaged etc, we reserve the right to refuse return. In an instance where the buyer is responsible for the return, all shipping fees will also be at their cost.
In the case that your item arrives damaged or defective, we will do our best to get the item exchanged, or sent back to us, for a full refund. Also, in this situation, return shipping would be our responsibility. Please do not further unpackage or otherwise alter the item if you can avoid doing so, and take a few pictures, since the manufacturer is going to ask for them.
