PART# 35235

Fits: Most Harley Davidson models with 1" stem, custom applications such as bobber or chopper, & many other custom motorcycle frames, etc...

**(Be sure to check your bike or build to ensure FLT!!)**

Fully assembled with in-line top bracket without built in rake (0° rake)

The standard length Springer (20" measured from the bottom of the lower tree to the axle center) is comparable to vintage FL model fork length

1" O.D. steering stem designed for Timken® type bearings

Use our Part 36652 neck cup conversion kit to install Springer on K Model and Sportster 1952/1981

Measures 8 3/4" between the axle rockers (Cast rockers)

Includes 3/4" O.D. axle

Rise mounts are on 4 3/4" centers and threaded 1/2-20

Universal brake rod mount is on the right rear leg for disc brakes (5/8" hole)

This length is considered 20" which is measured from the center of axle to bottom of lower tree where tree or 21" if you measure to the bearing. Some call it a 30" springer which is measuring overall length from the axle to the top of the springs. Its actually closer to 31".

We consider this -2 under stock length "stock", however of a flst for example this is stock length. Works best on stock rigid and softail frames using either a 16" or 21" wheel. This is the front end size we use on most of our bobbers.

Replica restoration length on antique Harley EL FL FLH Knucklehead, Panhead, Shovelhead models was even lower than this unit measuring 18"/28" so this would be considered 2" over compared to a stock Knucklehead for example.

Length: 20''  (Center of axle to bottom of lower tree or 21" to where tree sits against the bearing)

Approximate total length: 30"-31"

Neck stem: 1"

Inside width of rockers: approx. 8-3/4"

Axle diameter: 3/4" o.d.

***TECH NOTE: Installation on some stock models like dyna, Touring, Sportster, etc may require frame and/or tank modification as well as replacement of other components.

***TECH NOTE: If using an aftermarket/custom frame with external neck cups you may have to lathe or trim the springer retaining nut down for proper fitment of top tree clamp and crown nut!
