If you look at the last picture, you can see the auction's original condition report. Since purchase, here is what we did:
Engine oil and filter change
Primary chaincase lubricant change
Transmission oil change
Check the primary chain & check the automatic tensioner
New air cleaner
Replace 3 drain plug gaskets and apply Loctite thread sealer
Clutch adjustment and lubrication of the clutch cable.
Install rear brake pads. Front is good.
Replace of brake fluid
Inspect oil lines and brake system for leaks
Check fork seals
Lubricate the following: front brake hand lever, throttle control cables, throttle, clutch control cable/hand lever, and jiffy stand
Lubricate and adjust steering head bearings
Check, adjust the operation of enriching
Inspect fuel valve, lines, and fittings for leaks
Check operation of all electrical equipment, lighting, and switches (no front signals)
Brand new battery

Tech notes: Initial primary noise concerns were diagnosed as a compensator eliminator kit which is noisier. When riding motor operates normally. At idle, it sounds ticky, May be as simple as a noisy lifter or cam tensioner service. Great candidate for a cam/engine work. The starter clutch always starts but seems to make noise when hot. We have sunk a bunch of money into this bike and blowing it out with an honest disclosure. Our loss is your gain! Extended warranty is available.
